Account and registration

Account opening on saldo takes three steps. First, you register with your email, choose a username and password, and verify your phone number via SMS. Second, you log in and make your first deposit using one of our six payment methods: QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Third, before your first withdrawal, you complete KYC verification by uploading a photo of your ID and confirming your legal name. Once verified, your account is fully active and you can access our sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), live dealer tables, slots, and esports markets.

KYC verification requires two documents. First, a clear photo of your government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license). Second, confirmation that the name on your ID matches the name registered on your saldo account. We do not require additional documents such as proof of address or bank statements for standard account verification. If we detect unusual activity on your account, we may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. All documents are encrypted and stored securely.

Payments and transactions

Deposits via e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment are instant. Log in to your saldo account, go to Deposit, select your payment method, and enter the amount. You are redirected to the wallet app or browser to confirm the payment. Once confirmed, the funds appear in your saldo balance immediately. No additional fees are charged by saldo; your wallet provider may apply standard transaction fees. Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed. If a deposit does not arrive within a few minutes, contact our support team with your transaction ID.

If a deposit does not complete, the funds remain in your wallet or bank account. Check your payment method's transaction history to confirm the status. If the transaction shows as pending, wait a few minutes and refresh your saldo account. If the transaction shows as failed or cancelled, no funds have been deducted. If you see a charge but no deposit in saldo, contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID and payment method. We will investigate and process a refund if the transaction was charged but not credited to your account. Withdrawals that fail are returned to your registered payment method within one to three business days.

Game rules and mechanics

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that describes the average amount a slot game returns to players over a very large number of spins. For example, a slot with returns an average of 96 cents for every dollar wagered, over time. RTP is a long-term statistical measure and does not predict individual results. Each spin is independent and random. Our slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) display their RTP in the game information section. Higher RTP does not guarantee wins; all slots carry risk of loss.

Our weekly cashback offer returns a percentage of your net losses (losses minus wins) from the previous week. The cashback is calculated automatically and credited to your account on a set day each week. Cashback is subject to terms and conditions, including minimum activity requirements and maximum payout limits. The exact percentage and terms are displayed in the Promotions section of your saldo account. Cashback is credited as bonus balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Check the Promotions page for current offer details and any restrictions.
